Hi and welcome! I am so happy to be part of this community and offer support to students during this exciting and sometimes overwhelming time in their lives. I approach mental health from a holistic approach, meaning I like to focus on mind, body, and spirit as it relates to the individual(s) I am working with.
Approaching therapy with an understanding of cultural intersectionality and a trauma-informed lens, I strive to create an accepting and compassionate place for you to explore, process, and discover more about your personal wants and struggles so that you can continue to bloom and grow. I am also a yoga teacher (200RYT), with extra training in mindfulness and I love to incorporate mindfulness, yoga, play, and the expressive-arts along with cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and humanistic approaches, depending on the needs/desires/journey of the individual I am working with.
