Walt Witman once wrote, “Keep your face always toward the sunshine, and shadows will fall behind you”. This is a quote that embodies resilience, tenacity, and above all, hope. In my work as a psychologist, I have found that individuals possess these qualities in abundance. It is my calling to be of service to students who are struggling with navigating life’s challenges, and to help them find their inner power. Often when we are experiencing hardships and feel overwhelmed, we forget how much power we truly hold. Through collaborative work and a strength-based perspective, I aim to support you with your journey. Remember, you are worthy, capable, and full of potential.

Some of my professional areas of interest include intergenerational trauma and resilience, personal development and student advocacy, identity and interpersonal relationship concerns, grief/loss, and multiculturalism. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, dancing, and karaoke.
