Group Therapy
No charge to your BARC account as this is covered by student fees

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves one or more therapists working with several people at the same time. Groups can be as small as four people, but group therapy sessions often involve around eight to twelve individuals. Groups typically meet once a week. We have a variety of groups that focus on different issues and identities such as interpersonal violence, grief, managing depression, managing anxiety, strategies for students with ADHD, disordered eating habits,  International Students, African Diaspora, LatinX or LGBTQ. See our group page for the full list of groups that we provide.
