Psychology Intern

Clinical Psychology, Fuller Graduate School of Psychology

Hello and welcome to UCSB CAPS! I am honored to be able to support you through this journey as you navigate college and graduate school.

In therapy, my goal is to help you pursue wholeness, authenticity, and healing in a safe, encouraging, and culturally-sensitive space that places holistic development at the center of the therapeutic process. Due to my multicultural background as a TCK (Third Culture Kid), I heavily emphasize the importance of community and interpersonal relationships. As I work with students, I utilize a relational psychodynamic model with an emphasis on attachment, interpersonal-relational theory, and an additional focus on the experiential-affective component.

My areas of interest include but are not limited to anxiety and depression, multicultural issues (such as cross-cultural adjustment, identity development, racial stress and trauma, etc.), mindfulness, neurodiversity issues (ADHD and Autism), and social justice advocacy. I am passionate about working with Asian/Asian-American Pacific Islander students, BIPOC, first-generation students, and marginalized groups. As such, I value providing culturally-responsive care. I am able to provide therapy in English and Korean.

Outside of therapy, I love collecting cute stationery, playing board games with friends, and traveling with my partner to find good eats!
