Hello and welcome to CAPS, an amazing source of mental health support as well as community here on campus. Glad you made it here! As a clinical coordinator, I may support you through a brief assessment to get you connected with therapy or other referrals, with grounding in moments of crisis, in a therapeutic group, or collaborating towards your mental health goals. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have provided individual and group therapy in different community-based settings. I draw on trauma-informed and social justice frameworks, assessing your needs as a whole, camplex person within relationships, families, and communities. Outside of CAPS, you can usually find me making art, listening to music, or taking walks in nature.
