Hi! I’m Jason. Thanks for taking a moment to learn a little more about me.
My journey to become a therapist has been shaped by my experiences growing up in a deeply conservative, religious community, coming out, and eventually forging my own path to self-understanding and authentic connection. These life experiences inform the way I show up in therapy sessions: compassionate, curious, and always striving to be attuned to the stories, experiences, and identities of others.
I look forward to supporting students as they seek meaning and personal purpose in a rapidly changing world. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore who you are, honor your inner wisdom, and reflect on the challenges that life sometimes brings. I view therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we’ll explore what brings you joy and connection while also working through the areas where you feel stuck or overwhelmed.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my young son and our two dogs, Sheena Easton and Lulu Diamonds, Esq. I love reading science fiction and fantasy (the longer the book series, the better!) and baking elaborate, multi-layered cakes whenever I get the chance.
