CAPS Main Office

Hi there! I’m Chloe, and I’m currently pursuing a master’s in counseling psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. As a practicum therapist, I offer a compassionate, collaborative, and relational approach to therapy. Creating a warm and supportive environment is at the core of my practice. I believe that healing happens most effectively within a trusting therapeutic relationship, where clients feel safe to explore their inner worlds. I am also deeply committed to creating an inclusive and culturally responsive space for healing.

I integrate Depth Psychology, which focuses on exploring the unconscious aspects of the psyche to foster deeper self-understanding and transformation. By tapping into the wisdom of the unconscious, I help clients uncover hidden patterns and make meaningful connections between their internal and external experiences. I’m also currently researching the intersection of mental health, the environment, and the healing function of nature.

Outside of therapy, I find balance and inspiration through hiking, enjoying the beach, and baking. These activities help me stay grounded and connected to nature, which plays a significant role in both my life and therapeutic work.
