At the heart of my work is the belief that the stories we carry hold valuable guidance for healing and growth. These stories deserve to be heard, honored, and explored for the wisdom they contain.
In therapy, I focus on your stories, the emotions that shape them, and the relationships and environment that influence your life. I have supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity challenges, relationship struggles, discrimination, and the pressures of daily living. My approach is grounded in a narrative and emotion-focused therapy, with a systems perspective that highlights the interconnectedness of experiences and identities. My doctoral research on the creative process deepens this work, showing how creativity and meaning-making can open new pathways toward resilience and transformation. Whatever you bring, I will meet you with empathy and help you co-create stories of growth connection, and meaning.
Outside of work, I enjoy singing, dancing, yoga, creating, and playing with my son–often while collecting sticks or knitting on the go.
