Welcome! My name is Elizabeth, and I am dedicated to fostering a warm and supportive therapeutic environment rooted in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. I believe that the most important relationship we cultivate is with ourselves, and I am passionate about guiding clients toward greater self-awareness and self-acceptance. This journey empowers individuals to face life's challenges with insight and grace.

In my practice, I integrate Depth Psychology—exploring the unconscious influences on our perspectives and behaviors—with Somatic (mind-body) techniques to help clients navigate their unique challenges. My approach is non-judgmental, allowing my empathy and genuine curiosity to guide our sessions. I prioritize creating a safe space for clients to explore their identities through a multicultural, social justice, and trauma-informed lens.

As a first-generation Chinese and Irish American who has lived in Chicago, Hong Kong, and Indonesia, I understand the complexities of navigating multiple cultural identities. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals in addressing feelings of belonging, loneliness, and perfectionism. While therapy can sometimes feel challenging, I believe that with the right support, it can lead to profound healing and transformation. My goal is to offer reflection, understanding, and encouragement, resulting in a rewarding therapeutic experience. I warmly invite those who are curious about seeking mental health support for the first time to join me on this journey.
