Assistant Director, Addictive Behaviors and Recovery
Clinical Psychology (MA), Pepperdine University
Main CAPS Building
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I specialize in supporting students navigating addictive behaviors, substance use, and the recovery process. At UCSB’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where students can explore their challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most to them.
Whether you're just beginning to reflect on your relationship with substances or have been on a recovery path for some time, you're not alone. I believe in a collaborative, strengths-based approach to healing, and I’m here to help you gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and foster meaningful change.
Recovery looks different for everyone, and I’m committed to meeting you wherever you are in your journey—with respect, curiosity, and care.
