Warren Harvey is an operations and organizational development professional dedicated to strengthening systems, supporting teams, and advancing community well-being. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives focused on operational excellence, workforce development, and strategic improvement across public and nonprofit organizations. Warren comes with over 10 years of public sector service, most recently serving as Director of Medicaid Eligibility Services for the State of Maryland. As Operations Manager for the University of California, Santa Barbara’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Warren is committed to creating efficient, people-centered processes that enhance access to care and support student success. His work is guided by a passion for service, continuous learning, and building stronger communities through effective leadership.
