Hello Gauchos!
As a therapist on campus since 2006, I’m passionate about providing support to students and encouraging them to take steps to become their best and authentic selves. Originally from Berkeley, CA, I came to UC Santa Barbara as an undergraduate to study psychology and play water polo, and continued gathering experience and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology in the Santa Barbara area. I worked in Student Health as a Behavioral Health Therapist in the Alcohol & Drug Program before transitioning to CAPS. As a Clinical Coordinator, I’m glad to be able to support and guide students to the right resources. With my years of experience as the liaison with the Intercollegiate Athletes (ICA) and providing education and counseling to student-athletes, I lead a peer support program called BeHealthyAthletes (BHA). I’m grateful to be a long-term team player in the UC Santa Barbara community!
