In the aftermath of these events that are happening more frequently, it is normal to experience a range of feelings, such as sadness, fear, anger, helplessness, or guilt.  It would also be more than understandable for our students who have experienced previous trauma, belong to marginalized and/or under-represented identity groups to be feeling particularly vulnerable.  We encourage you to contact our office if you (or someone you know) would like additional support for coping with current events. Please call (805) 893-4411 or stop by CAPS during regular business hours and let the receptionist know you need to be seen today.
